Right of Withdrawal (EU)
Information for eligible consumers exercising a statutory right of withdrawal under applicable European consumer law.
1. Right to Withdraw
If you are an eligible consumer, you generally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason. The period normally begins on the day you, or a third party nominated by you other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods.
- For several goods ordered together but delivered separately, the period begins when the last item is received.
- For goods delivered in multiple lots or pieces, the period begins when the final lot or piece is received.
- Mandatory rules in your country may provide additional rights and remain unaffected.
2. How to Exercise the Right
Send a clear statement before the withdrawal period expires confirming that you wish to withdraw from the contract. You may email info@nordicpept.com, use the model form below, or write to the registered office.

Your notice is timely if it is sent before the applicable deadline. Please include your order number and contact details so that the request can be identified quickly.
3. Return Instructions
Contact us before sending goods so that we can provide the correct operational return address and return reference. The registered office above may not be the physical returns facility. Requesting return instructions does not limit your ability to exercise the right of withdrawal by sending a timely notice.
After notifying us, return eligible goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after your withdrawal notice, unless we provide another lawful arrangement. Use secure packaging and a tracked service appropriate for fragile or controlled laboratory materials. You normally bear the direct cost of return unless mandatory law or our written instructions state otherwise.
4. Reimbursement
For a valid withdrawal, we will reimburse payments covered by the statutory right, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option offered for the order where required by law. Additional costs resulting from a more expensive customer-selected service are not reimbursed unless mandatory law requires it.
Reimbursement will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive the withdrawal notice. We may withhold reimbursement until the returned goods arrive or you provide evidence that they were sent, whichever occurs first. Reimbursement will normally use the original payment method unless another method is expressly agreed and legally or technically required.
You may be responsible for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the goods’ nature, characteristics and condition.
5. Exceptions
The right of withdrawal may not apply where an exception recognised by applicable law is satisfied, including:
- goods made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalised;
- goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
- sealed goods unsuitable for return for genuine health-protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed;
- goods inseparably mixed with other items after delivery; or
- orders placed wholly for a trade, business or professional activity rather than as a consumer.
An exception is applied only where its legal conditions are met. Contact us before opening or handling an item if you may wish to return it.
