Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions apply to orders placed through nordicpept.com. Please read them before submitting an order.
1. Scope
These terms govern purchases from Nordic Signal Labs through the online store at nordicpept.com. The version displayed when an order is placed applies to that order. Additional written terms may apply to separately negotiated business or institutional orders.
2. Contracting Party
Trading name: Nordic Signal Labs
Registered office: Unit 25, 2nd Floor, Nia Mall
Saleufi Street, Apia, Samoa
Company Registration No.: 97696
Email: info@nordicpept.com
3. Customer Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract.
4. Product Information and Availability
We aim to describe products, formats and batch documentation accurately. Images may be illustrative and packaging may change without affecting the specified material. Availability is not guaranteed until an order is accepted. Obvious typographical, technical or pricing errors may be corrected before acceptance.
5. Formation of the Contract
Products displayed in the store are an invitation to place an order, not a binding offer. By submitting the checkout form, you make an offer to purchase the selected items. An automated acknowledgement confirms receipt but does not itself constitute acceptance. The contract is formed when we expressly accept the order or confirm that it has entered fulfilment.
6. Prices and Payment
Store prices are displayed in euros (€). Applicable taxes, fees and any additional checkout costs are shown where required before the order is submitted. Payment must be made using one of the methods available at checkout. An order may be paused or cancelled if payment is not authorised, is incomplete or cannot be matched to the order.
Customers using digital assets or third-party payment services are also subject to the provider’s terms, network fees and confirmation requirements. Refunds are processed using a lawful and technically available method determined by the original payment route and applicable rules.
7. Customer Responsibilities and Local Law
You are responsible for checking all laws, licences, institutional rules and import restrictions that apply at the destination before ordering. Acceptance of an order does not represent confirmation that a product may lawfully be purchased, imported, possessed or used in your country. You must not resell, relabel or use products for an unlawful or undisclosed purpose.
8. Order Review, Refusal and Cancellation
We may request reasonable information needed to verify an order, payment or legal eligibility. We may refuse or cancel an order where required by law, where misuse is suspected, where information is incomplete, where a product is unavailable or where fulfilment would expose either party to an unacceptable legal or safety risk. Any captured payment for an order we cancel will be returned, subject to payment-provider and network conditions.
9. Inspection and Product Issues
Inspect the package promptly after receipt. If an item is damaged, incorrect or materially different from the confirmed order, contact us without undue delay and retain the packaging, labels and supporting photographs. Do not use or dispose of an affected item before receiving instructions. Mandatory statutory remedies remain unaffected.
10. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Keystone One Ltd is not liable for loss arising from unlawful use, improper storage or handling, unauthorised resale, customer-supplied information, or failure to comply with local requirements. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or wilful misconduct.
11. Right of Withdrawal
Where mandatory consumer law grants a right of withdrawal, eligible consumers may exercise that right in accordance with our Right of Withdrawal (EU) page. Exceptions may apply to opened, sealed, personalised, perishable or otherwise non-returnable products where the legal conditions for an exception are met. Business and professional purchases do not receive consumer withdrawal rights unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
12. Privacy
Personal information is processed as described in our Privacy Policy. Payment providers, ecommerce services and other processors may apply their own privacy terms.
13. Events Outside Reasonable Control
We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control, including regulatory action, carrier disruption, customs intervention, network outages, natural events, conflict, labour disputes or failures of suppliers and payment networks. We will take reasonable steps to reduce the effect of such an event.
14. Governing Law and Mandatory Rights
These terms and contracts with Keystone One Ltd are governed by the laws applicable to the company in Samoa, without limiting any mandatory consumer protection rights that apply in the customer’s habitual country of residence. Any agreement on jurisdiction applies only to the extent permitted by mandatory law.
15. Severability and Changes
If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. We may update these terms for future orders by publishing a revised version. Changes do not retroactively alter an accepted order unless required by law or agreed with the customer.
16. Contract Language and Contact
The source version of these terms is English. Automated translations are provided for convenience. If you have questions, contact info@nordicpept.com.
