About the substance
This blend brings together two peptides associated with signalling in the growth-hormone axis. CJC-1295 No DAC is described as a GHRH analogue, while ipamorelin acts through the ghrelin-receptor pathway. The names describe different signalling targets, not two versions of growth hormone itself.
How it works
GHRH analogues mimic a signal involved in pituitary growth-hormone release. Ipamorelin belongs to the growth-hormone secretagogue group. Their distinct targets provide the rationale for discussing them together, but do not by themselves demonstrate a superior effect from a fixed blend.
What studies have examined
Raun and colleagues reported growth-hormone release with ipamorelin in cell and animal experiments. That study investigated ipamorelin, not the composition or clinical effects of this combined pen. Its results cannot establish improved sleep, muscle growth or recovery from this product.
How to interpret the findings
No DAC is an essential distinction. Findings about long-acting CJC-1295 with DAC should not be used to assign duration or a usage schedule to the No DAC variant. A shared name does not make the two forms pharmacologically identical.
