Delivery within Europe normally takes 3–7 business days after dispatch. This is an estimate rather than a guarantee, and remote destinations, public holidays, carrier disruption or customs processing may extend the delivery time.

The available delivery method and country-specific price are calculated in the cart after a destination has been entered. Any import duty, tax, customs charge or local handling fee is not included unless the checkout expressly states otherwise.

Optional shipment insurance can be selected in the cart for 10% of the product order value. If an insured shipment is confirmed lost in transit, Nordic Signal Labs will offer replacement products or a refund under the insurance conditions. Incorrect or incomplete customer address information is not covered.
